In the mid 2010 the company for which I was working for was in decline because the crisis, the clients loss, the colleague abandonment.
Then, I made a decision to start something of my own but I didn’t know even how. A guy came to the office to leave a resume, at the moment I didn’t bothered because it was left on the boss’ desk but I take a look just before leaving. The paper said he have marketing studies and I thought, perhaps he can help me to find a name for my product or a brand or whatever.
Time to chose it came after some talks, we had some names on the table, and we started to create an image, both for the company and for the web site, also for the stationery stuff. Onliners Web Development was born and so was that logo which look like an antivirus or the windows update.
True problems started. Headaches, bureaucracy, contacts list, gaining clients and problems to get to sleep. I’ve jumped into a piece of hassle, I started to doubt and my motivation start to flag but, one day, I realized that I’ve already decided not to give up on any think I believe in.
This way, I’m still going on. Certainly my client book is quite thin, my family economy is suffering and sometimes I make wrong decisions. Even though, I’m happy and I’m sure that pleasant effort will lead me to success.
